Do you offer payment plans?
To secure your date, we require a nominal $500 to reserve your date.
Is there a travel fee?
No travel fees here. We have dedicated teams positioned in your area, allowing us to provide seamless service without adding extra costs for travel.
What is your most popular package?
Our 8-hour coverage package is by far the most popular choice. It offers a well-rounded balance, capturing everything from getting ready through the major reception moments.
Can coverage hours be split throughout the day?
Coverage hours are continuous and cannot be split. This ensures we don’t miss any important moments and aligns with standard practices in the wedding industry.
Wedding Day Logistics
What time do you arrive on the wedding day?
Our team arrives at least 45 minutes before your scheduled start time to unload, prepare equipment, and get fully set up. This preparation time is complimentary and does not count toward your booked coverage.
Photography & Videography Details
Can we provide a shot list?
Absolutely. We encourage couples to share a shot list ahead of time so we can understand your priorities and make sure nothing important is overlooked.
Do you provide lighting equipment?
Yes, we bring professional lighting equipment to every event. Our approach is to prioritize natural light whenever possible, but we’ll use additional lighting when needed—especially during receptions or in low-light settings—to ensure your photos and videos look their best.
Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes. We always come fully prepared with backup cameras, lenses, and essential gear to ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter what.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured, giving you and your venue added peace of mind.
Engagement Sessions
How long does an engagement session last?
Engagement sessions are one hour long and can include multiple nearby locations within that timeframe, allowing for a variety of looks and settings.
Video Production & Delivery
Will you capture audio during the wedding?
Yes. We use professional wireless microphones to capture clear, high-quality audio. Typically, we mic the groom or officiant and set up additional backup audio sources to ensure nothing is missed.
Who selects the music for the wedding film?
After booking, you’ll receive a questionnaire where you can share your music preferences and style. From there, we carefully select cinematic music that enhances the emotion and storytelling of your film.
Is drone footage included?
Drone footage is included in our larger packages. Our licensed drone operators capture beautiful aerial views of your venue when weather conditions, FAA regulations, and timing permit. For safety and discretion, drones are not flown during the ceremony.
Can we receive the raw footage?
Yes. We provide complimentary access to all raw, unedited footage. You’ll receive a private link where you can view and download everything at your convenience.
How will our wedding film be delivered?
Your final films are delivered digitally via a secure download link, along with a Vimeo link that makes it easy to share with family and friends.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard editing timeframe is 30–90 days after your wedding. Most films are completed within 30–60 days, though peak season may extend delivery times. If you need your film sooner, we offer a rush editing option for an additional fee.
How long is the highlight film?
Highlight films are typically edited to the length of a single song, creating a concise and emotional recap. Depending on the footage and story, we may extend the length slightly for greater impact.
What is included in the extended edit?
The extended edit provides a more comprehensive view of your day, including pre-ceremony moments, the full ceremony, and major reception events.
How long is the extended edit?
Extended films generally range from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the amount of footage captured. This includes key moments such as your ceremony, grand entrances, first dances, speeches, and other meaningful highlights.
